headache + coffee

April 14, 2012 at 11:21 PM

me: mommy, I have a headache. How do I get rid of it?
mom: Drink some coffee?
me: really? coffee works?
mom: I don’t know. You drink coffee right? You might have a headache because you didn’t feed your addiction….

I love my mom’s logic.

Sitting in studio, and dad calls just to see if I was cold, nothing else.

It was so sweet of him to call just to ask if I were cold.

should stop having them. the world is a happier place without them.

everyone needs something/one different

October 28, 2011 at 2:06 AM

What people want and need are based on what they have had or experienced throughout their lives. We all have different backgrounds, different needs and different ways of thinking. What might be really helpful to one person, might be useless to another.

There is never a black or white answer to how someone is. I might see that person as a friend, inspiration, role model, while you find that same person to be your enemy, disincentive, etc. There is nothing wrong with this, it just shows that you need someone different. There really isn’t any argument to this, because there isn’t a right or wrong answer.

However, it does make me question how these differences occur. This goes back to the horse drawn carriage and car analogy. If you have always had an horse drawn carriage, a car is a car, if you are someone who has always had a car, then you would want a newer model, or “nicer” car (probably horrible analogy). Bleeeergh, brain freeeze, might get back to this later….

I miss this person, but haven’t had the time to visit :(

random rambling AGAIN..

hmmmm…when to speak?

October 18, 2011 at 3:38 AM

I sometimes wonder if I am saying the right things. I speak to my instructor as if he were my classmate, my employer as a colleague, etc. Is there something wrong with that?

I think this is going to hurt me in that long run…
